Weekly Update....

so clearly, I have been neglecting this blog. I was busy
cleaning, cooking and doing "maths" with my little Princess.
We also started some seeds, put many puzzles together, baked
cookies, bread, pizza, and cinnamon rolls. We played games
and colored pictures. We read books and played outside a bit.
We re organized out 3 season room which we use as a schoolroom
when the weather allows.
Here are some pictures of our week...hopefully
I'm not forgetting anything.

Looks like you had some pretty wonderful moments to miss a few days on the blog. What a great week you had.

My calendar says that there are still a few more days left in that "fourth season" when your porch should be closed.

The snow in my backyard says that there is another month of winter left.

Regardless, I am so excited to see you started in on "spring things" like planting. I think that we will be working from purchased plants this year since I haven't even thought about my garden yet.

Knowledge which is acquired under compulsion has no hold on the mind. Therefore do not use compulsion, but let early education be a sort of amusement; you will then be better able to discover the child's natural bent .
