Pictures of a week that went by in a blur....

hopefully this one will settle down nicely for a change.
Princess has been busy helping Farmer Dad pick veg
and berries (golden raspberries) in the yard.
Making "discovery bottles" for fun and attending birthday parties where magic clowns told stories and pulled bunnies out of hats! Not to mention painted faces.
We have been too busy to post, but we're trying to catch up.

I love her face painting! I wish my children would sit still long enough to get face paintings! It looks like you all are having a lot of fun! I wish we had a garden this year! We have never had a garden look as nice as yours. I doubt I will ever have a garden that looks that nice! You all do such a nice job with it!

You,too? I am looking at the September and realizing the entire summer was a blur! Take a deep breath and welcome autumn!! We still didn't get to meet up! After Girlie's bday, we will have to remedy that!! Maybe pumpkin picking in October?

I hear you August really flew by. It seems like we just started with school a couple of days ago. Hard to believe it was 4 weeks. Hope you can catch up on the posting tho. I love reading what you guys have been up to.

I've only seen a few random photos of you but Princess really looks like you in the photo above (less the face painting of course). Glad to hear you are busy and doing well. Enjoy the fruits of your garden.

Thank you all, Nina people have been saying she looks like me now, lol.
It makes a nice change from her being the spitting image of her Dad.

Knowledge which is acquired under compulsion has no hold on the mind. Therefore do not use compulsion, but let early education be a sort of amusement; you will then be better able to discover the child's natural bent .
