Deck the Halls !

We are very busy here in our little corner of the Garden State,
decking the halls with boughs of holly (thanks Mum!) and all that good stuff.
I am sure you all are as well.
Whatever holiday you celebrate at this time of year, or if you are more
of a seasonal decorator. I'd love to see it!
Care to join me here , let's say every Friday from December 5th through January 2nd ?
I'll post a Mr Linky..assuming I can figure it out. ;-)
If I can't, I'll just ask you to leave a comment with your blog address in it.
Let's spread some seasonal/holiday cheer around the blogosphere.

Another update, My Grandmother had yet another small stroke Yesterday, so after being home 2 days,
she is back in the hospital. Send those good vibes Gals..we're going to need them.

You know that we would love to join in with you. We can cover around the world kind of things. I found a book at the library on around the world celebration of christmas. The boys want to do projects from that and we will be more than happy to share them. Man can I ramble on.
All of our positive thoughts are going your way.

Sending positive vibes to Grandmother -- and you, too.

We aren't doing a lot of decorating this year, and I'd love to share what little we've done, but my camera has died. sigh

DS does want to make a real gingerbread house this year as opposed to one of the kits I typically buy. I need to squeeze that in.

Sorry your Grandmother is having more trouble. Those little strokes are never good. Sending good thoughts for a recovery and peace in the family.

I never get stressed out about Christmas because we do so little around the house. We do get a tree and decorate but mostly we enjoy the beauty that other people decorate at shops and museums and such.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts for Grandma, she is still
in hospital and was less confused
last night than the night before,
so we'll take it as a "good sign".
The hospital is doing their best to
keep her from wandering off as she is prone to do when there. :-)

Knowledge which is acquired under compulsion has no hold on the mind. Therefore do not use compulsion, but let early education be a sort of amusement; you will then be better able to discover the child's natural bent .
