Rain Rain Go Away

It's a rainy day here in our corner of the Garden State.

I am starting to feel better, thank you all for the concern.

Regular exercise has made a HUGE difference.

I am trying to get the house clean, and organized for the coming

school year.We will not be starting our school year

until after Princess's 7th birthday. I was going to start on September 1st,

because that is the day Peanut will be officially joining us here.

Two days a week to start, with more to come as her Mom returns

to Grad School. I have decided to hold off and stick with our normal

routine of waiting until all the kids around us are back in school and

Summer is truly over. I am hoping to get back into my regular blogging

schedule as well. I may even continue with A Book, A Craft and a Plate with Kate

this Autumn. I am not sure yet. I want to thank all of the people who took the time to

leave a note about the direction of our little blog. The positive feedback means more than you may ever know. ((BIG HUGS)) I have so much to blog about, but not enough hours in the day

right now, so come back soon. I will have more books to talk about, some product reviews,

maybe even another giveaway. Princess and I have loads of lesson plans and craft ideas to hammer out, and laundry..isn't there always laundry?

We need to start our pizza dough, and Princess is hoping to bake cookies later as well.

Have a great day!! I will be back before Monday. I promise.;-)

I'll be thinking of you today, as Honey and I head to one of oyur favorite haunts . This is totally spontaneous, or we would have planned a meet up. A day without rain was too good to pass up!

Knowledge which is acquired under compulsion has no hold on the mind. Therefore do not use compulsion, but let early education be a sort of amusement; you will then be better able to discover the child's natural bent .
