Sunday July 8TH is Liberty Bell Cracked Day.
Find out more about the Liberty Bell here.
I was always drawn to the Liberty Bell as a child.
I'm not sure why, but I think it was because you could
actually touch it.
Here is a picture of my classmates and I in front of it in 1976.

We are about the same age and 1976 was quite a big year. I remember many events and the Liberty Bell figured into much of what we learned although we didn't actually see it. I had several Lieberty Bell trinkets. Can you still touch it today? Cute photo!
So neat. I think we must be about the same age too. LOL
How cute! Ive always had a big things for the liberty bell as well. My hometown has a historic shrine as it is where it was hidden during the British occupation of Philadelphia. It offers a sweet little tour, with a full-size replica that they let the kids RING!
